How do I use EirVerify?
Enter a valid Irish Eircode, run the free check, and review the score, breakdown, nearby context, and saved report options from one place. The platform is intentionally Eircode-first so the input stays consistent and searchable.
Who should contact the team if help is needed?
Anyone using the platform can reach out for help. For general support, account questions, or issues with a report, email support@eirverify.ie and the team can respond from there.
Can I get a custom report with more in-depth detail?
Yes. If you need a broader report, deeper location analysis, or a custom commercial scope, contact the sales team. Business and custom requests can be handled outside the default plan flow.
How are we scoring a location?
EirVerify uses a deterministic scoring approach. Structured data sources, weighted scoring rules, and stable location context are combined into one transparent score. The report also shows the breakdown so the user can see what contributed to the result.
Are we using AI for the rating?
No. The current rating is not generated by AI. It is based on structured data, deterministic scoring logic, product research, and community interviews. AI-generated summaries can be layered on later, but they do not drive the core rating today.
What data goes into a report?
The platform can combine flood, weather, transport, crime, drainage, connectivity, air quality, and nearby essentials context into one result. The exact mix depends on data availability and the user plan for account-based features.
Do I need an Eircode to search?
Yes. EirVerify is currently Eircode-only. The UI validates Irish Eircodes before a request is sent to the backend, which keeps results cleaner and avoids unnecessary failed lookups.
