These Terms are effective from March 17, 2026. This version should be reviewed by your solicitor before broad public rollout.
Accounts And Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Plans, Billing, And Access
Paid features depend on your active plan. EirVerify currently offers one-off paid access and plan-based access, including a separate renter bundle unlocked through Neighborhood Pulse. Pricing, feature limits, and plan availability may change from time to time. Purchases are processed through Stripe, and access is activated after successful payment confirmation.
Report Access And Use
A purchased report or bundle gives access only to the scope described in the app at the time of purchase. One-off report access does not include recurring watchlists or recurring alert rights unless explicitly stated in the plan description. You must not resell, republish, bulk distribute, or systematically extract report outputs except where expressly permitted in writing.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data beyond permitted use, interfere with service operations, introduce malicious code, or reverse engineer the platform except where such restriction is not permitted by law.
Decision-Support Only
EirVerify outputs are informational and decision-support only. They are not legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, engineering certification, valuation advice, or guarantees about current or future conditions at any property or location.
Service Availability
Features may change over time and occasional interruptions, maintenance windows, or data-source failures may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
Third-Party Data And Integrations
Parts of the service rely on public or third-party data sources and external providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or inaccuracies originating in third-party systems, although we may take reasonable steps to mitigate them.
Liability And Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EirVerify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete availability, or perfect accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
