Effective Date
These Terms are effective from April 4, 2026.
Who We Are
These Terms govern your access to and use of the EirVerify website, applications, reports, dashboards, watchlists, alerts, and related services. EirVerify is currently intended to be operated by [INSERT FULL LEGAL NAME], trading as EirVerify, as an Irish sole trader. Before public launch, that legal name and any required business contact details should be completed in this page and across checkout and legal notices.
Acceptance Of These Terms
By accessing or using EirVerify, running a free check, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional policies or product-specific terms referred to in them, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Eligibility And Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, keep your details up to date, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
You may use the service only if you can enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you create an account or use the service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Service Description
EirVerify provides location and property-related risk reports and related features for Irish Eircodes and locations. The current product is free-first, ad-supported, and uses Neighborhood Pulse to unlock compare and download access. The service may include a free first check, hosted report views, watchlists, alert functionality, account dashboards, and related support features.
Plans, Pricing, Billing, And Access
Free and reward-gated features depend on the active product path, your entitlement, and usage limits. EirVerify currently offers a free first-check path together with a Neighborhood Pulse unlock for compare and downloads. We are not operating a public paid-plan ladder at this time. Feature limits and future product availability may change, but any change will be made in line with applicable law and platform rules.
If a future contribution or legacy payment flow is offered, it may be processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Access would normally be activated only after successful payment confirmation or other valid entitlement confirmation. Any such flow will be described separately at the point of use.
If pricing, taxes, currency display, or product descriptions contain an obvious error, we may cancel or refuse the affected order and refund any amount actually paid.
Report Credits, Watchlists, Alerts, And Entitlements
A legacy or future paid entitlement gives access only to the scope described in the product interface at the time of purchase. Reward-gated access, such as Neighborhood Pulse unlocks, may include compare and download access only and does not imply any recurring paid entitlement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product flow, any legacy report credits or bundled entitlements are personal to the purchasing account, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred, pooled, sublicensed, or resold. Where a plan or entitlement includes recurring monthly or rolling limits, unused allowances do not necessarily carry forward unless the product specifically says they do.
Promotional unlocks, discounts, rewards, or access linked to a specific account or campaign, including Neighborhood Pulse-related unlocks, may be subject to additional eligibility rules and may be withdrawn where obtained through abuse, duplication, manipulation, or other misuse.
Consumer Rights And Digital Content
If you are a consumer in Ireland or the European Union, you may have mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Where a paid product consists of digital content or digital services supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate performance and, where the law permits, to acknowledge that this can affect or remove any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right once performance has begun or been fully provided. Any such effect applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and only where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Refunds, Chargebacks, And Payment Disputes
Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees paid for any optional digital services, used credits, consumed services, and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, you should contact us promptly before initiating a chargeback so that we can review the issue.
We may suspend access to paid features, reverse disputed entitlements, or limit future purchases where a payment is reversed, charged back, fraudulent, unauthorised, or materially in breach of these Terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
Licence And Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for your internal personal or internal business use, depending on the product purchased. You must not resell, republish, bulk distribute, publicly redistribute, create a competing dataset from, or systematically extract report outputs or underlying materials except where expressly permitted in writing.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data beyond permitted use, interfere with service operations, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, use the service in a way that could damage infrastructure or other users, or reverse engineer the platform except where such restriction is not permitted by law.
You must not use the service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, impersonate others, submit false information for reward or entitlement purposes, or attempt to obtain reports, alerts, or discounts through manipulation, automation, or duplicate-account abuse.
User Content And Submissions
If you submit information to the service, including search inputs, watchlist labels, support messages, or Neighborhood Pulse responses, you remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of that content. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, store, transmit, and use that content for operating, securing, and improving the service and for administering the relevant feature.
Intellectual Property
The service, including software, design, branding, text, graphics, scoring frameworks, databases, compiled outputs, and related intellectual property rights, belongs to EirVerify or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you except for the limited usage rights expressly granted.
Decision-Support Only And No Professional Advice
EirVerify outputs are informational and decision-support only. They are not legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, engineering certification, surveying advice, valuation advice, planning advice, or guarantees about current or future conditions at any property or location. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
Risk scores, summaries, and related outputs are based on available data sources, scoring rules, assumptions, and product limits. They do not guarantee completeness, suitability, insurability, mortgageability, safety, habitability, resale value, or investment performance.
Third-Party Data And Integrations
Parts of the service rely on public, partner, or third-party data sources and external providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, omissions, formatting changes, access restrictions, or inaccuracies originating in third-party systems, although we may take reasonable steps to mitigate them.
Availability, Changes, And Beta Features
Features may change over time and occasional interruptions, maintenance windows, degradation, data-source failures, delays, or errors may occur. We may modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical.
Some features may be released as beta, preview, pilot, or early-access features. Those features may be less stable, may change materially, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service, cancel or adjust entitlements, or remove content where reasonably necessary to address security concerns, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal risk, misuse, breach of these Terms, or harm to the service or other users.
You may stop using the service at any time. If a future subscription or paid flow exists, the cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current entitlement period unless stated otherwise in the checkout or account flow. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and enforcement rights, will survive.
Liability And Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EirVerify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or restricts liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data arising out of or in connection with the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: the total amount you paid to EirVerify for the relevant paid service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or EUR 100 where no such payment was made.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EirVerify against losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or your misuse of paid entitlements or platform access.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect will mean you accept the revised Terms, except to the extent applicable law requires a different process.
Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies and cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory rights to rely on such protections.
Subject to applicable law, the courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where mandatory law provides that option.
